麻醉药品专用病历信息化管理体系的构建与实施

Establishment and Practice of the Information Management System for the Special Medical Records of Narcotic Drugs

目的构建麻醉药品专用病历信息化管理体系,为医院麻醉药品专用病历的信息化管理提供参考。方法通过对浙江省人民医院医院信息系统进行改造,从门诊办公系统、医师端和药师端3个角度入手开发构建麻醉药品专用病历管理模块。结果信息化建设后,麻醉药品专用病历实现了智能化管理,医患的满意度得到了大大提高。结论麻醉药品专用病历的信息化建设能大大提高工作效率,确保临床安全合理地使用麻醉药品,使麻醉药品的管理更具有科学性和可操作性,值得推广。

OBJECTIVE To establish information management system for the special medical records of narcotic drugs provide,so as to provide reference for the information management of the special medical records of anesthetic drugs in hospitals.METHODS By reforming the hospital information system of Zhejiang Provincial People’s Hospital,the special medical record management module of narcotic drugs was developed from three aspects:the office system of outpatient department,the doctor-side and the pharmacist-side.RESULTS After the information construction,the special medical records of narcotic drugs were managed intelligently,and the satisfaction of doctors and patients was greatly improved.CONCLUSION The informatization construction of special medical records of narcotic drugs can greatly improve work efficiency,ensure the safe and rational use of narcotic drugs in clinical practice,and make the management of narcotic drugs more scientific and operable,which is worth promoting.
