On the Advantages and Work Paths of Retired Teachers'Participation in Education Management in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

高校退休教师是高校教育管理可利用的重要资源和可依靠的补充力量。本研究针对高校退休教师现状,分析了退休教师参与教育管理在政治站位、智力水平、工作水平、社会联系以及个人需求方面的独特优势;探究了退休教师在师生理想信念、党建工作、学生管理、教师培养以及校外资源融合方面的工作路径,创造性的提出高校退休教师是高校教育管理中“理想信念的播种机”“党建工作的一面旗”“学生管理的贴心人”“青年教师的启明星”和“校外资源的连通器”。

Retired teachers in Colleges and universities are important educational resources available to universities and can be relied on to supplement the management.In view of the current situation of retired teachers in Colleges and universities,this paper analyses the unique advantages of retired teachers'participation in educational management in terms of political position,intellectual level,working level,personal relationship and personal needs,and explores the working paths of retired teachers in terms of teachers'physiological beliefs,party building,student management,teacher training and integration of resources outside schools.It provides new ideas and Implementation Paths for the developmentand utilization of retired teachers resources in Colleges and universities.
