In the information age,the teaching environment of primary education has changed greatly,which also brings new challenges and opportunities to the mathematics classroom teaching mode.Adopting diversified classroom teaching mode and applying group cooperative learning method to carry out mathematics classroom teaching in primary school accord with the teaching requirements and objectives of modern quality education and can cultivate pupils'consciousness and ability of independent thinking and independent inquiry.This paper mainly expounds and analyzes the application of group cooperative learning method in primary school mathematics classroom teaching in order to further improve the efficiency and quality of primary school mathematics classroom teaching and lay the foundation for improving students'comprehensive literacy.
