V_(C)对盐胁迫下紫苏种子萌发的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为了解V_(C)对盐胁迫下紫苏种子萌发的作用机制,研究不同浓度V_(C)浸种和NaCl处理对野生紫苏种子萌发率、活力指数和盐害指数的影响。结果表明,V_(C)浸种和低浓度盐(25、50 mmol/L)均能促进紫苏种子萌发;V_(C)浸种能缓解75和100 mmol/L盐对种子萌发的胁迫;V_(C)浸种在其余盐浓度对种子萌发胁迫上产生协同叠加毒害效应。40 mg/L V_(C)浸种耐盐临界度为100 mmol/L(20、25℃),20 mg/L V_(C)浸种耐盐临界度为100 mmol/L(30℃),20和30℃条件下,极限耐盐度为175 mmol/L;20 mg/L V_(C)浸种极限耐盐度为175 mmol/L(25℃)。 In order to understand the mechanism of vitamin C on Perilla frutescens(L.)Britt seeds germination under salt stress,the germination rate,vigor index and salt damage index of wild Perilla frutescens(L.)Britt seeds were analyzed by soaking and treatment with different concentrations of vitamin C and NaCl treatment.The results showed that soaking seeds with V_(C)and low concentration of NaCl(25,50 mmol/L)could promote the Perilla frutescens(L.)Britt seeds germination;soaking seeds with V_(C)could alleviate the salt stress under the 75 and 100 mmol/L concentration of NaCl condition.However,for other treatments,soaking seeds with V_(C)had synergistic toxic effect on salt stress with the increase of salt concentration.Under 20 and 25℃conditions,the critical salt tolerance was 100 mmol/L by soaking seeds with 40 mg/L V_(C).The ultimate salt tolerance was 175 mmol/L.Under 30℃condition,the critical salt tolerance was 100 mmol/L by soaking seeds with 20 mg/L V_(C).The ultimate salt tolerance was 175 mmol/L by soaking seeds with 20 mg/L V_(C).
