海南尖峰岭国家级自然保护区秋季浮游生物调查与评价 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]了解尖峰岭秋季浮游生物群落状况。[方法]于2018年8月对尖峰岭天池浮游生物进行调查研究,设置7个采样点,分析浮游生物群落结构与多样性指数。[结果]共鉴定出浮游植物8门139种及变种,其中绿藻门种数最多,为63种;硅藻门次之,42种;蓝藻门10种;裸藻门7种;黄藻门、金藻门、隐藻门各4种。浮游植物丰度为39.6×10^(4)~444.0×10^(4)个/L;生物量为0.630~9.865 mg/L;Shannon-Wiener指数为4.321~5.780;Pielou均匀度指数为0.778~0.933。浮游动物共4类21种及变种,原生动物9种,轮虫7种,桡足类3种,枝角类2种。浮游动物丰度为0.001×10^(4)~0.109×10^(4)个/L;生物量为0.001~0.090 mg/L;Shannon-Wiener指数为1.522~3.057;Pielou均匀度指数为0.812~1.000。采用Shannon-Wiener指数和Pielou指数评价尖峰岭天池水质状况,结果表明,7个采样点的水质均为轻污染或无污染状态。[结论]该研究结果丰富了尖峰岭自然保护区生物多样性基础资料,为自然保护区生物多样性保护提供参考依据。 [Objective]To understand the status of plankton community in Autumn of Jianfengling.[Method]The plankton in Tianchi of Jianfengling was investigated in August 2018 at seven sampling points,and the community structure and diversity index of plankton were analyzed.[Result]A total of 139 species and varieties of 8 phylum phytoplankton were identified,of which the number of Chlorophyta was 63,followed by Bacillariophyta 42,Cyanophyta 10,bare Euglenophyta 7,Xanthophyta 4,Chrysophyta 4,Cryptophyta 4.Phytoplankton abundance ranged from 39.6×10^(4)-444.0×10^(4) ind/L;biomass was 0.630-9.865 mg/L,Shannon-Wiener index was 4.321-5.780 and Pielou evenness index was 0.778-0.933.There were 4 categories,21 species and varieties of zooplankton,9 species of protozoa,7 species of rotifera,3 species of copepoda and 2 species of cladocera.Zooplankton abundance ranged from 0.001×10^(4)-0.109×10^(4) ind/L;biomass was 0.001-0.090 mg/L,Shannon-Wiener index was 1.522-3.057;and a Pielou evenness index of 0.812-1.000.Using Shannon-Wiener index and Pielou evenness index to evaluate the water quality of Tianchi in Jianfengling,the results showed that the water quality of the seven sampling points was light pollution or no pollution state.[Conclusion]The results of this study enrich the basic information of biodiversity in Jianfengling Nature Reserve,and provide reference for biodiversity conservation in Nature Reserve.
