运用CitespaceV软件对所选635篇关于“农民工终身教育研究”的样本数据进行可视化分析。结果显示,该主题研究热点主要包括城镇化对农民工终身教育的影响、农民工职业教育培训对农民工职业发展、就业方向与劳动力市场的影响;在发展历程上,经历了返乡农民工技能培训的研究、城镇化进程中新生代农民工终身教育研究、农村劳动力转移培训研究、农民工终身教育对农民工市民化的影响等发展研究;未来研究中,该主题将继续探讨城镇化、农民工市民化等重要议题与农民工终身教育之间的关系、探讨农民工学历教育与非学历教育的融合也正成为新的研究方向、农民工终身教育研究类型也将丰富化。

We used the CitespaceV software to visualize 635 selected sample data,from a study on lifelong education for migrant workers.Results showed that the research focused on this topic mainly included the impact of urbanization on migrant workers,lifelong education,the impact of migrant workers'vocational education and training on migrant workers'vocational development and employment direction and labor market.In the course of development,it experienced the research on the skills training of migrant workers returning home,the lifelong education of new generation migrant workers in the process of urbanization,the research of rural labor transfer training,the impact of lifelong education of migrant workers on the citizenization of migrant workers,etc.In future research,the theme would continue to explore the relationship between important issues,such as urbanization and migrant workers,citizenship and lifelong education for migrant workers,exploring the integration of migrant workers'academic education and non-academic education was also becoming a new research direction.The types of lifelong education research for migrant workers will also be enriched.
