涉农高校立德树人的时代内涵和协同推进路径探讨

摘要 涉农高校作为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,承担着立德树人的根本任务。在乡村振兴的大背景下,深入分析立德树人的时代内涵,研究涉农高校立德树人协同推进路径对涉农高校落实立德树人这一根本任务具有重要意义。从涉农高校“树什么人”“立什么德”“立德”与“树人”辩证关系3个方面探讨涉农高校立德树人的时代内涵,从构建立德树人的协同育人机制、打造立德树人的协同培养基地、培养立德树人的全员师资队伍、营造立德树人的协同育人氛围4个方面提出涉农高校立德树人协同推进路径,以期为涉农高校立德树人一体推进立德树人工作提供参考。 As an important part of China’s higher education,agriculture-related universities also undertake the fundamental task of moral education.Under the background of rural revitalization,it is of important significance to deeply analyze the contemporary connotation of moral education and study the coordinated advancement path of moral education in agriculture-related universities for implementing the fundamental task of moral education in agriculture-related universities.This paper discussed the contemporary connotation of moral education in agriculture-related universities from three aspects of“what kind of people”,“what kind of moral development”and the dialectical relationship between“moral development”and“cultivating people”in agriculture-related universities.This paper proposed a collaborative promotion path of moral education in agriculture-related universities from four aspects,including constructing a collaborative education mechanism of moral education,building a collaborative training base for moral education,cultivating a whole team of teachers for moral education,and creating a collaborative education atmosphere for moral education,so as to provide references for promoting moral education in agriculture-related universities.
