摘要
新建地方本科院校是目前师范教育的主力军,主要承担农村基础教育师资队伍任务。近30年来,国家对师范教育政策进行了一系列大的调整和改革,开放化、大学化、综合化等变革特征明显,新建地方本科院校师范教育在办学规模、教育资源和办学质量上存在不同程度的不足。新时期,新建地方本科院校开展师范教育“回归”行动,要注重办学质量的提升,加强学科专业一体化建设,优化整合教育教学组织模式,加强校地合作等。
Newly-built local universities are the main force of normal education,which mainly undertake the task of training rural basic education teachers.In the past 30 years,a series of major adjustments and reforms of the normal education policy has been made.The reform shows obvious characteristics of openness,universalization and comprehensiveness.The normal education in newly-built local universities is insufficient in the scale of college,educational resources and teaching quality.In the new era,when carrying out the"return"of normal education,the newly-built local universities should pay attention to the improvement of teaching quality.strengthen the integration of disciplines and majors,optimize the integrated education and teaching organization mode,and strengthen cooperation between colleges and local schools.
