中华优秀传统文化是红色文化产生和发展的土壤,红色文化是中华优秀传统文化的继承和发展,是当代的优秀传统文化。针对目前"双高计划"建设对创业就业教育的新要求,探索红色基因渗透校园文化的路径:构建传统"六艺"校园互联网实践平台,培养大学生职业素养和就业能力;开展大学生"晨读经典与暮习书法"活动,培养大学生的就业软实力;根据现代职场需求,从就业"硬件"和"软件"进行大学职业生涯规划。教育大学生既要学会做事,更要学会做人,成为中国特色社会主义事业的建设者和接班人。
