摘要
随着知识本位、能力本位、素质本位教育理念的演进与发展,高等教育工作者越来越追求并倡导人的全面发展。人的全面发展观点在诸多理论中被提及和阐释,其代表有人本主义教育思想、需求层次理论和马克思人的全面发展理论。通过研究不同观点的产生背景、发展基础和实现条件,分析这些观点在教育微观、宏观发展实践层面的适应与局限,为现时代高校管理者和教育工作者提供有益的研究分析和经验借鉴。
With the evolution and development of knowledge based,ability based and quality-oriented education ideas,higher education workers are increasingly pursuing and advocating the all-round development of students.The view of human's all-round development is mentioned and explained in many theories,such as humanistic educational thought,the theory of demand level and the Marxist theory of all-round development of human beings.By studying the background,development basis and realization conditions of these views and analyzing the adaptation and limitation of these views in the micro practice and macro development of Education,we can provide useful research analysis and experience for university administrators and educators.
