摘要
基于创业精神和创新创业能力的有关理论和文献,提炼出创新创业能力的有关代码,通过对17支参与企业案例分析比赛的47名参赛队员或老师的深入访谈,本文总结出企业案例分析比赛对学生创新创业能力培养的10个主要方面。此外,本文还根据笔者承担的校级教改项目中的观察、参与式观察和亲身组织案例教学和案例分析比赛的行动进行反思和研究,指出组织学生参与企业案例分析比赛通过这10个方面的3组多维度整合的模式,在培养学生的双创能力方面超越了课堂案例教学。本文最后对培养单位引导学生参与企业案例分析比赛提出了一些建议。
Based on the literature on entrepreneurship and innovation ability,some codes for the qualitative analysis on entrepreneurship and innovation ability are extracted.Through the in-depth interview with 27 students and teachers coming from 10 teams which have participated in the enterprise case analysis competition,this pater sums up 10 major aspects for cultivating students1 innovation ability and entrepreneurship.In addition,according to the field observation,participatory observation and the action research,this paper points out that organizing students to participate in the enterprise case analysis competition has better effect than the classroom case teaching in terms of the ten aspects mentioned above.At the end,this paper provides some suggestions for the university to guide students to participate in enterprise case analysis competition.
