从自主招生到“强基计划”--我国高校招生理念的演进

From the independent enrollment to the"Strong Foundation Plan"--Evolution in the Enrollment Idea of Colleges and Universities in my country

2020年1月15日,"强基计划"出台,明确指出"自2020年起,不再组织开展高校自主招生工作"。自主招生从产生到废除,有其深刻的历史背景和现实原因,但始终是人才选拔和培养的重要一环。本文拟全面回顾高校自主招生16年历程,系统梳理了自主招生的实施背景、实施过程以及实施中所产生的问题。在此基础上,对新出台的"强基计划"实施背景、实施过程进行初步探析,说明其问题、优势之所在,以呈现出高校招生理念变化之脉络,为改革的后续发展提供借鉴。

The "Strong Foundation Plan"was released,clearly stating that there will be no more autonomous enrollment work for colleges and universities starting from 2020 on January 15,2020.Independent enrollment has its profound historical background and practical reasons from its creation to its abolition,but it is always an important part of talent selection and training.This article intends to comprehensively review the 16-years history of autonomous enrollment in colleges and universities and systematically sort out the implementation background,implementation process and problems arising from the implementation of autonomous enrollment.It is carried out to explain its problems and advantages that a preliminary analysis of the implementation background and implementation process of the newly-promulgated"Strong Foundation Plan"on this basis,so as to show the context of the changes in the concept of college admissions and provide reference for the subsequent development of reforms.
