新时代加强和改进高校党的政治建设的思考

党的政治建设是党的根本性建设,是党的全部建设的灵魂,这是马克思主义党的建设理论的重大创新。高校党的建设要以政治建设为统领,全面推进党的各项建设,为扎根中国大地办好中国特色社会主义高等学校、把我国建设成为社会主义现代化教育强国提供坚强政治保证。中国特色社会主义进入新时代,高校党的政治建设要在坚定马克思主义政治信仰、坚持党对高校的政治领导、提高党组织的政治能力、营造良好的政治生态和强化组织实施的政治保障等方面进一步加强和改进。

The political construction of the party is the fundamental construction of the party.It is the soul of the whole construction of the party,which is also a great contribution and development to the Marxist theory of party construction.Party building in universities and colleges should be guided by political construction,promote all aspects of Party building in an all-round way,and provide a strong political guarantee for the successful running of socialist institutions of higher learning with Chinese characteristics taking root in the land of China and for China to become a powerful country in modem socialist education.As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,the political construction of the Party in colleges and universities should be further strengthened and improved in the following aspects:firming the political belief of Marxism,insisting on the political leadership of the Party over colleges and universities,enhancing the political ability of the Party organizations,creating a good political ecology and strengthening the political guarantee for the implementation of the organizations.
