摘要
影像组学借助计算机软件从大量医学图像中提取影像学特征,以反映肿瘤异质性,在诊断、评估疗效、预测并发症及复发转移等方面具有重要应用价值,有望帮助临床实现个体化治疗。本文对影像组学用于鼻咽癌诊疗中的应用进展进行综述。
Radiomics features extracted from a large number of medical images with the assistance of computer software can reflect the heterogeneity of tumor,having important application value in diagnosis,evaluation on therapeutic efficacy,prediction of complications,recurrence and metastasis,etc.,and is expected to help realize individualized treatment.The application progresses of radiomics in diagnosis and treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were reviewed in this paper.
