强风地区独立式塔吊方案设计与塔吊基础计算分析

摘要 南京市17层的房建工程项目,位于强风地区,根据楼房间距、吊重和塔吊的工作半径等因素,采用一个独立式塔吊覆盖两栋楼的施工方案。由于房建地区具有风荷载较大的特点,对超过12级的塔吊风荷载进行了计算,并对荷载组合进行了分析,计算了最不利组合下对塔吊基础的强度和冲切问题,并针对强风条件对塔吊基础的稳定性进行了计算,计算结果表明塔吊基础的强度、稳定性和冲切均满足要求,且一个独立式塔吊可满足两栋楼房的作业需求,降低了造价。这可为相似条件的塔吊工方案设计和塔吊基础设计提供有益的参考。 The 17-storey building project in Nanjing is located in a strong wind area.A single tower crane is used to cover both buildings according to factors such as building spacing,lifting capacity and working radius of the tower crane.Due to the large wind load in the building area,the wind load of tower crane exceeding 12 grade is calculated,the load combination is analyzed,and the strength and punching shear of the foundation of tower crane under the most unfavorable combination are calculated.The calculation results show that the strength,stability and punching shear of the tower crane foundation meet the requirements,and an independent tower crane can meet the operational requirements of two buildings,which reduces the cost.This can provide a useful reference for the design of Tower Crane and Tower Crane Foundation under similar situations.
