An Airborne C3 Platform Analysis with Efficient OODA Chain

摘要 现代战争中对抗强敌,取得全面优势是不现实的,构建高效打击链有可能在国土周边对抗强敌时形成“相对优势”。首先分析美军压缩打击链的发展历程,阐述构建高效空中打击链的重要性;然后,从情报获取、处理层面和作战行动决策两方面,论述制约空中打击链效率的主要原因;最后,提出提高打击链效率的主要技术途径、共享机制、人员能力和条令等方面需要建立的条件。 In modern war,it is unrealistic to gain overall advantage against a strong enemy.It is possible to form a“comparative advantage”when building an efficient OODA chain against a strong enemy around the territory.Firstly,that the development process of the compressed OODA chain of the US army is analyzed,and that the importance of building an efficient air OODA chain is expounded;Then,the main reasons are discussed that restrict the efficiency of air OODA chain from the aspects of information acquisition,processing and operational decision-making;Finally,the methods are proposed to construct high-speed OODA chain,including technique re-search,intelligence sharing mechanism,operators capability and military order,etc.
