沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗扩张型心肌病的临床疗效观察

Observation of the clinical efficacy of sacubitril valsartan sodium in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy

目的分析沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠对扩张型心肌病的临床治疗效果。方法54例扩张型心肌病患者,按照随机数字表法分为参照组及研究组。每组27例。两组患者均采取常规治疗方式,参照组患者在常规治疗基础上联合依那普利进行治疗,研究组患者在常规治疗基础上联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、不良反应发生情况。结果参照组患者中显效6例,一般9例,无效12例;研究组患者中显效9例,一般13例,无效5例;研究组患者治疗总有效率为81.48%(22/27),显著高于参照组的55.56%(15/27),差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.207,P=0.040<0.05)。参照组患者中3例发生低血压,2例发生肾功能损伤,3例发生血管性水肿;研究组患者中1例发生低血压,1例发生血管性水肿,未发生肾功能损伤。研究组患者的不良反应发生率为7.41%(2/27),显著低于参照组的29.63%(8/27),差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.418,P=0.036<0.05)。结论扩张型心肌病患者使用常规药物联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗能够获得较好的临床效果,可进一步降低患者不良反应的发生几率。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of sacubitril valsartan sodium in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy.Methods A total of 54 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy were divided into reference group and research group according to random numerical table,with 27 cases in each group.Patients in the two groups were treated with conventional treatment.The reference group was treated with conventional therapy and enalapril,and the research group was treated with conventional therapy and sacubitril valsartan sodium.The therapeutic effect and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results In the reference group,there were 6 markedly effective cases,9 general cases,and 12 ineffective cases;in the research group,there were 9 markedly effective cases,13 general cases,and 5 ineffective cases.The total effective rate of the research group was 91.48%(22/27),which was significantly higher than 55.56%(15/27)of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.207,P=0.040<0.05).In the reference group,there were 3 cases of hypotension,2 cases of renal function impairment,and 3 cases of angioedema;in the research group,there were 1 case of hypotension and 1 case of angioedema,and no renal function damage occurred.The incidence of adverse reactions of the research group was 7.41%(2/27),which was significantly lower than 29.63%(8/27)of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.418,P=0.036<0.05).Conclusion Combination of conventional drugs and sacubitril valsartan sodium can achieve better clinical effects on patients with dilated cardiomyopathy,and it can further reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions in patients.
