子宫内膜癌中SOX11表达及其与血管新生的相关研究 被引量:2

The expression of SOX11 in endometrial carcinoma and its correlation with angiogenesis

摘要 目的研究子宫内膜癌中SOX11的表达及其与血管新生的关系。方法182例子宫内膜癌、子宫内膜癌前病变、子宫附件无病变的子宫脱垂或无器质性病变的异常子宫出血患者的病理组织标本,依据子宫内膜癌临床分期(2015 FIGO分期)分为子宫内膜癌组(62例)、子宫内膜癌前病变组(60例)、正常子宫内膜组(60例)。均采用免疫组化法进行染色,比较SOX11在各组中的表达情况,分析子宫内膜癌中SOX11阳性表达与子宫内膜癌临床特征的关系,比较各组微血管密度(MVD),分析SOX11的阳性表达与MVD之间的关系。结果正常子宫内膜组的SOX11表达阳性率为1.67%低于子宫内膜癌前病变组的56.67%和子宫内膜癌组的61.29%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同病理组织学分级、淋巴结转移、癌组织浸润深度及临床分期患者的SOX11阳性率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。子宫内膜癌组的平均MVD(40.23±7.33)个/HP明显高于子宫内膜癌前病变组的(25.62±7.89)个/HP及正常子宫内膜组的(12.43±3.76)个/HP,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。子宫内膜癌前病变组的平均MVD明显高于正常子宫内膜组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。子宫内膜癌中SOX11阳性表达与MVD显著相关(r=0.869,P<0.05)。结论SOX11参与子宫内膜癌的发生、发展及其生物学行为的过程可能是通过其促进血管新生产生的。 Objective To study the expression of SOX11 in endometrial carcinoma and its correlation with angiogenesis.Methods Pathological tissue specimens of 182 patients with endometrial carcinoma,endometrial precancerous lesions,uterine prolapse without lesions in the uterine appendage,or abnormal uterine bleeding without organic lesions,uterine prolapse without pathological changes in the uterine appendages or abnormal uterine bleeding without organic pathological changes were divided into endometrial carcinoma group(62 cases),endometrial precancerous lesions group(60 cases),and normal endometrial group(60 cases)according to clinical staging of endometrial carcinoma(2015 FIGO staging).Immunohistochemical staining was used to compare the expression of SOX11 in each group,analyze the correlation between the positive expression of SOX11 and the clinical characteristics of endometrial carcinoma,compare the microvascular density(MVD)levels of each group,and analyze the correlation between positive expression of SOX11 and MVD.Results The positive expression rate of SOX11 in the normal endometrial group was 1.67%,which was lower than 56.67%in the endometrial precancerous lesions group and 61.29%in endometrial carcinoma group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).SOX11 was correlated with histopathological grade,lymph node metastasis,depth of invasion and clinical stage,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average MVD level(40.23±7.33)/HP of the endometrial carcinoma group was significantly higher than(25.62±7.89)/HP of the endometrial precancerous lesions group and(12.43±3.76)mm of the normal endometrial group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average MVD level of the endometrial precancerous lesions group was significantly higher than that of the normal endometrial group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive expression of SOX11 in endometrial carcinoma was significantly correlated with MVD(r=0.869,P<0.05).Conclusion The involvement of SOX11 in the occurrence,development and biological behavior of endometrial carcinoma may be due to its promotion of angiogenesis.
