B超在甲状腺结节鉴别诊断中的临床应用分析

Clinical analysis of B-ultrasonography in the differential diagnosis of thyroid nodules

目的分析在甲状腺结节诊断中应用B超鉴别的诊断价值。方法35例甲状腺结节患者,均实施B超检查,以血流情况、回声高低、边界、包膜、结节大小等对结节性质进行鉴别,对比B超诊断与病理诊断结果及对甲状腺疾病类型诊断结果。结果病理诊断结果显示:良性结节26例,恶性结节9例;B超诊断结果显示:良性结节25例,恶性结节10例,诊断准确率为97.14%(32/35)。病理诊断显示,恶性肿瘤9例、甲状腺瘤10例、结节性甲状腺肿瘤15例、桥本氏甲状腺瘤1例;B超诊断检出恶性肿瘤10例、甲状腺瘤9例、结节性甲状腺肿瘤15例、桥本氏甲状腺瘤1例;B超对结节性甲状腺肿瘤、桥本氏甲状腺瘤的诊断准确率均为100.00%,其中1例甲状腺瘤误诊为恶性肿瘤。结论在甲状腺结节诊断中应用B超实施诊断价值较高,可对良性和恶性结节进行有效鉴别,建议推广。

Objective To analyze the value of B-ultrasonography in the differential diagnosis of thyroid nodules.Methods 35 patients with thyroid nodules underwent B-ultrasonography examination to identify the nature of the nodules based on blood flow,echo level,border,capsule,and nodule size.The diagnosis results of B-ultrasonography and pathology for thyroid disease types were compared.Results Pathological diagnosis:there were 26 cases of benign nodules and 9 cases of malignant nodules;B-ultrasonography diagnosis:there were 25 cases of benign nodules and 10 cases of malignant nodules,with diagnostic accuracy rate as 97.14%(32/35).Pathological diagnosis showed that there were 9 cases of malignant tumors,10 cases of thyroid tumors,15 cases of nodular thyroid tumors,and 1 case of Hashimoto’s thyroid tumors;B-ultrasonography diagnosis showed that there were 10 cases of malignant tumors,9 cases of thyroid tumors,15 cases of nodular thyroid tumors,and 1 case of Hashimoto’s thyroid tumors;the diagnostic accuracy rate of B-ultrasonography for nodular thyroid tumor and Hashimoto’s thyroid tumor were both 100.00%,and1 case of thyroid tumor was misdiagnosed as malignant tumor.Conclusion B-ultrasonography is of high value in the diagnosis of thyroid nodules,and it can effectively differentiate benign and malignant nodules,which is recommended to be popularized.
