氯吡格雷联合瑞舒伐他汀对脑梗死患者的疗效及对其生存质量的影响

Effect of clopidogrel combined with rosuvastatin on patients with cerebral infarction and its influence on quality of life

目的分析对脑梗死患者联合应用瑞舒伐他汀和氯吡格雷的疗效及对患者生存质量的影响。方法74例脑梗死患者,随机分为联合组与对照组,各37例。对照组单独服用氯吡格雷治疗,联合组在对照组基础上服用瑞舒伐他汀治疗。对比两组治疗效果、脑卒中专用生活质量量表(SS-QOL)评分。结果联合组治疗总有效率为86.49%,高于对照组的64.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组SS-QOL评分均较治疗前提高,且联合组患者SS-QOL评分(83.26±3.99)分高于对照组的(77.61±4.15)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氯吡格雷和瑞舒伐他汀联合应用治疗脑梗死,能有效改善患者的生存质量,疗效较好。

Objective To analyze the effect of clopidogrel combined with rosuvastatin on patients with cerebral infarction and its influence on quality of life.Methods A total of 74 patients with cerebral infarction were divided into control group and combination group,with 37 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with clopidogrel alone,and patients in the combination group were treated with rosuvastatin based on the control group.The therapeutic effect and stroke specific quality of life(SS-QOL)score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 86.49%in the combination group,which was higher than the 64.86%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the SSQOL scores of the two groups were improved compared with that before treatment,and the SS-QOL scores of the combination group[(83.26±3.99)points]was higher than the control group[(77.61±4.15)points].All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of clopidogrel and rosuvastatin has good efficacy in the treatment of cerebral infarction,and it can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
