摘要
目的探究反流性食管炎经奥美拉唑与吗丁啉(通用名:多潘立酮片)共同应用的效果。方法82例反流性食管炎患者,以数字单双号随机形式划分为对照组和研究组,每组41例。给予对照组患者吗丁啉单一治疗,给予研究组患者奥美拉唑与吗丁啉共同治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、临床指标、胃镜检查结果。结果研究组治疗总有效率92.68%高于对照组的73.17%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者反流时间(1.03±0.42)min短于对照组的(2.36±1.74)min,反流次数(11.25±6.79)次/周少于对照组的(25.37±9.44)次/周,食管pH值(6.39±2.13)优于对照组的(4.48±1.62),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者胃镜检查结果治疗总有效率87.80%高于对照组的63.41%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对反流性食管炎患者予以奥美拉唑与吗丁啉共同治疗,能取得较好的治疗效果,患者病情改善,缩短反流时间,减少反流次数,促进机体恢复。
Objective To investigate the effect of domperidone(trade name:motilium)combined with omeprazole in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.Methods A total of 82 patients with reflux esophagitis were divided into a control group and a research group according to odd and even numbers,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with motilium alone,and the research group was treated with omeprazole and motilium.The therapeutic effect,clinical indicators,and gastroscopy results were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the research group was 92.68%,which was higher than 73.17%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The reflux time(1.03±0.42)min of the research group was shorter than(2.36±1.74)min of the control group,and the reflux frequency(11.25±6.79)times/week was less than(25.37±9.44)times/week of the control group,and the esophagus pH value(6.39±2.13)was better than(4.48±1.62)of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the research group was 87.80%,which was higher than 63.41%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of omeprazole and motilium has significant effect on patients with reflux esophagitis,and it can improve the condition of patients,shorten the reflux time,reduce the reflux frequency,and promote the recovery of the body.
