卡前列素氨丁三醇在产后出血治疗中的临床效果分析

Analysis of clinical effect of carboprost tromethamine in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage

目的分析卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗产后出血的临床效果。方法80例产后出血产妇,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组40例。对照组产妇采取缩宫素治疗,试验组在对照组基础上增加卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗。比较两组产后出血量、治疗效果、不良反应发生情况。结果试验组产妇产后2 h总出血量(523.34±14.02)ml、产后24 h总出血量(769.67±21.21)ml少于对照组的(634.21±31.12)、(927.45±41.21)ml,差异具有统计学意义(t=20.544、21.530,P=0.000、0.000<0.05)。试验组产妇治疗总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组产妇不良反应发生率均为2.50%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论卡前列素氨丁三醇对产后出血的治疗效果确切,可有效减少产后出血量,且无明显不良反应,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of carboprost tromethamine in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods A total of 80 maternal women with postpartum hemorrhage were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oxytocin,and the experimental group was treated with carboprost tromethamine based on the control group.The amount of postpartum hemorrhage,therapeutic effect and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total blood loss in the experimental group at 2 and 24 h after delivery were(523.34±14.02)and(769.67±21.21)ml,which were less than(634.21±31.12)and(927.45±41.21)ml in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=20.544,21.530,P=0.000,0.000<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.50%,which was higher than 75.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were both 2.50%,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Carboprost tromethamine has certain therapeutic effect on postpartum hemorrhage,and it can effectively reduce postpartum hemorrhage without obvious adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion and application.
