利多卡因和小剂量瑞芬太尼在抑制小儿七氟烷麻醉苏醒期躁动中的临床效果分析

摘要 目的对小儿七氟烷麻醉苏醒期采取利多卡因和小剂量瑞芬太尼后抑制躁动的临床效果展开分析。方法40例七氟烷麻醉苏醒的患儿,依据随机数字表法分为对照组及研究组,各20例。对照组采取单一利多卡因干预,研究组采取利多卡因联合小剂量瑞芬太尼干预。对比两组患儿清醒时间、呼吸恢复时间、拔管时间、躁动评分、躁动时间≥15 min占比及并发症发生率。结果两组患儿清醒时间、呼吸恢复时间、拔管时间对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组内患儿躁动评分(1.42±0.40)分低于对照组的(2.88±0.41)分,躁动时间≥15 min占比5%低于对照组的35%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率10%低于对照组的45%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对小儿七氟烷麻醉苏醒期采取利多卡因和小剂量瑞芬太尼干预后能够有效抑制苏醒期躁动,降低躁动评分,缩短躁动时间。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of lidocaine and low-dose remifentanil in inhibiting agitation during recovery from sevoflurane anesthesia in children.Methods A total of 40 children awakening from sevoflurane anesthesia were divided into control group and research group according to random numerical table,with 20 cases in each group.The control group received lidocaine for intervention,and the research group received lidocaine and low-dose remifentanil for intervention.The awake time,breathing recovery time,extubation time,agitation score,the proportion of agitation time≥15 min,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in awake time,breathing recovery time,extubation time between the two groups(P>0.05).The agitation score(1.42±0.40)points in the research group was lower than(2.88±0.41)points in the control group,and the proportion of agitation time≥15 min 5%was lower than 35%in the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications 10%in the research group was lower than 45%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intervention of lidocaine and low-dose remifentanil during recovery from sevoflurane anesthesia in children can effectively inhibit the agitation during the recovery period,reduce the agitation score,and shorten the agitation time.
