The Failure Mode and Inspection Method Analysis of Urban Gas Polyethylene PE Buried Pipeline

现如今,城镇燃气聚乙烯PE埋地管道(以下简称PE燃气管道)已成为市政燃气压力管道的重要组成。PE燃气管道造价低、耐腐蚀、施工方便。上述种种优点使得其在中、低燃气压力范围内得到了广泛应用。对于在役的PE燃气管道进行全面检验,在我国的一些发达地区已有部分标准出台,但目前还没有形成一套完善的标准体系。本文梳理了各种实际应用中PE燃气管道的失效模式,结合常见的技术重难点(PE管线的定位、泄漏点如何排查),加上目前主流的检验方法,总结与分析了一套关于PE燃气管道的问题管理办法。

Urban gas polyethylene PE buried pipeline(PE gas pipeline)has now become an important component of municipal gas pressure pipeline.PE gas pipeline has the advantages of low cost,corrosion resistance and convenient construction.The above advantages make it widely used in the range of medium and low gas pressure.For the comprehensive inspection of PE gas pipelines in service,some standards have been issued in some developed areas of our country,but a complete standard system has not been formed at present.In this paper,the failure modes of PE gas pipeline in various practical applications are sorted out,and a set of problem management methods for PE gas pipeline is summarized and analyzed in combination with common technical difficulties(PE pipeline positioning,how to check the leakage point)and the current mainstream inspection methods.
