摘要
第二联合车间现有2套石蜡加氢装置(简称一套、二套),加工量均为10万吨/年。其中石蜡二套装置经常加工熔点在70~74℃之间的高熔点石蜡,在加工1~2d后,切换至熔点在常规温度范围内的原料蜡时,会出现石蜡质量不合格的现象,装置需置换1~2d才能合格,装置对该问题进行多次的研究讨论,并利用2020年大停检对装置的流程、催化剂等方面进行了优化,装置开工后高熔点石蜡置换时间大大减少,优化效果显著。
The second combined workshop has two sets of paraffin hydrogenation units(unit 1 and unit 2 for short),with a processing capacity of 100000 tons/year.If the wax processing temperature of unit 2 is between 70C and 74C for many times,it will be discussed that the wax processing temperature of the unit is not qualified for many times,and the wax processing temperature of the unit will be changed over from 1 to 2d in 2020,and the problem will occur when the unit is stopped for many times.After the unit is started,the replacement time of high melting point paraffin is greatly reduced,and the optimization effect is remarkable.
