摘要
在化学反应工程讲授过程以实际案例讲解课程的理论知识可以有效地调动学生学习的积极性,培养学生的知识运用及创新能力,其中在非均相反应动力学模型分析和推导过程中,以碱浸出矿物中的有价元素为例,该反应属于液固非均相反应,其反应机理常可采用界面反应模型中的收缩未反应芯模型进行描述,同时该反应的反应速率受内扩散控制。案例的实施在一定程度上丰富了化学反应工程教学资源,同时为创新型人才的培养提供了教学素材。
In the teaching process of chemical reaction engineering,explaining the theoretical knowledge of the course with practical cases can effectively mobilize students'learning enthusiasm and cultivate students'knowledge application and innovation ability.In the process of analysis and deduction of heterogeneous reaction kinetic model,taking the valuable elements in alkali leaching minerals as an example,the reaction belongs to liquid-solid heterogeneous reaction,The reaction mechanism can often be described by the shrinking unreacted core model in the interface reaction model,and the reaction rate is controlled by internal diffusion.The implementation of the case enriches the teaching resources of chemical reaction engineering to a certain extent,and provides teaching materials for the cultivation of innovative talents.
