基于云端技术的箱式热处理电阻炉控制系统设计

摘要 本文以微控制器STM32F4为核心,结合电阻屏、Wi-Fi无线模块和GSM通信部件,运用云端技术,通过Wi-Fi网络连接,对箱式热处理电阻炉进行远程控制。采用PID控制算法,通过调相器控制加热器的功率。通过手机A PP远程控制热电阻炉加热过程,在员工上班前预先进行工件预热,节省了大量时间,大大提高了设备效率和自动化程度。 In this paper,the microcontroller STM32F4 as the core,combined with resistance screen,Wi-Fi wireless module and GSM communication components,using cloud technology through Wi-Fi network connection,is used for the box type heat treatment resistance furnace remote control.PID control algorithm is used to control the power of heater through phase modulator.Wi-Fi module is used to remotely control the heating process of the thermal resistance furnace through the mobile phone APP to preheat the workpiece before employees go to work,which laves a lot of time and greatly improves the efficiency and automation of the equipment.
