摘要
市场经济的进步让我国经济体制也随之被带动,而经济快速增长的同时,也给人力资源管理带来了各种各样的难题。而且这方面的挑战存在于大部分国家的机关事业单位中,我国也不例外,未更新的发展理念和传统的管理模式,已跟不上时代和经济发展的脚步,所以各大机关事业单位必须想法设法地解决这方面存在的问题,本文就目前机关事业单位人力资源管理存在的问题入手,提出相应解决策略,以期能有所帮助。
With the progress of market economy,China's economic system has also been driven.With the rapid economic growth,it has also brought all kinds of problems to human resource management.Moreover,the challenges in this regard exist in the organs and institutions of most countries,and China is no exception.The unrenewed development concept and traditional management model can not keep up with the pace of the times and economic development.Therefore,major organs and institutions must try to solve the problems in this regard.This paper starts with the problems existing in the human resource managepment of organs and institutions,Put forward corresponding solutions in order to be helpful.
