摘要
为建立科学合理的企业内部评价体系,完善职工绩效工资能升能降机制,进一步调动职工的积极性,促进企业和谐稳定健康发展,通过推行绩效评价管理办法,进一步完善考核制度体系。本文就绩效评价管理在钢铁企业实际应用加以论述,从单元绩效、岗位绩效两方面论述了建立绩效评价体系的具体原则、方法、步骤,有利于应对人力资源优化后人员减少、工作节奏加快的实际需要,对全面提高工作效率具有重要指导意义,期待能为大型国企员工绩效评价提供借鉴和指导。
In order to establish a scientific and reasonable enterprise internal evaluation system for employees,improve the mechanism that performance salary can rise and reduce,further mobilize the enthusiasm of employees,and promote the harmonious,stable and healthy development of enterprises,the evaluation system system is further improved through the implementation of performance evaluation management methods.This paper discusses the practical application of performance evaluation management in steel enterprises,discusses the specific principles,methods and steps of establishing performance evaluation system from unit performance and post performance,conducive to cope with the actual needs of personnel reduction and accelerated work pace after human resource optimization,has great guiding significance to comprehensively improve work efficiency,and hope to provide reference and guidance for the performance evaluation of large state-owned enterprise employees.
