基本钉钉平台的骨外科见习教学的实践探索研究

Practical Exploration and Research on the Teaching of Orthopedic Surgery Internship Based on the Ding Talk Platform

目的:通过仔细详尽的分析网络教学平台的应用情况,选择钉钉网络平台为骨外科临床见习的网络直播课程形式,完成骨外科授课的教学任务,观察此种模式对学生的综合能力提高情况。方法:以“钉钉”智能移动办公平台为载体,选取齐齐哈尔医学院2017级临床医学专业本科见习学生,共计100人为研究对象,按照见习大纲的要求进行对学生进行分组见习,所有学生均由同一教师师讲授和指导课程内容。结果:钉钉端应用骨外科临床见习课程的教学平台,对学生理论课和见习课成绩的开课前和课程后的评价比较,得出此种课程后的考核成绩限制高于开课前的课程考核成绩(P<0.05)。结论:骨外科见习课程首次尝试“钉钉”平台授课,发现钉钉平台能够提高教师的网络信息化的教学能力及教学工作效率;对医学院校的学生而言,能够提高学生在线上课程学习中养成培养出良好的学习自律性、学生自主学习的能力增强。

Objective:To analyze the application of the network teaching platform in detail,select the Ding Talk network platform as the online live course form of clinical probation in orthopedics,complete the teaching task of orthopedic surgery teaching,and observe the improvement of students'comprehensive ability by this mode.Methods:Taking the"Ding Talk"intelligent mobile office platform as the carrier,a total of 100 clinical medical students of grade 2017 in Qiqihar Medical College were selected as the research objects.According to the requirements of the internship program,the students were divided into groups,and all the students were taught and guided by the same teacher.Results:The application of the teaching platform of orthopedic surgery clinical probation course at the Ding Talk end compared the evaluation of the students'scores before and after the course of theory course and internship course,and concluded that the assessment score limit after this course was higher than that before the course(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is the first time for orthopedic internship courses to be taught on the"Ding Talk"platform.It is found that the Ding Talk platform can improve the teachers'teaching ability and teaching efficiency of network informatization;for medical college students,it can improve the students'Cultivation of online course learning,cultivate good learning self-discipline,and enhance students'autonomous learning ability.
