高校格斗类选项课教学中体育游戏的应用研究

随着国民经济的快速发展及格斗类项目不断发展,高校格斗类项目教学已成为体育教学的重要部分,但是在格斗类项目教学中,如果只是纯粹的技战术的教学,仅仅是教授学生简单腿法、拳法,学生的学习兴趣较低,学习的积极性不高,学生是为了应付考试、拿到体育学分而学习。为了更好地活跃体育课教学氛围,调动学生的学习兴趣,有必要在教学中引入体育游戏。体育游戏内容多样、种类繁多,将格斗类项目的教学训练与体育游戏相结合,能更好地提高教学质量。该文主要就高校格斗类项目教学中体育游戏的应用进行分析,希望为相关研究提供一些参考,促进高校格斗类项目教学质量的进一步提升。

With the rapid development of national economy and the continuous development of fighting events,the teaching of fighting events in colleges and universities has become an important part of physical education.However,in the teaching of fighting events,if it is only pure technical and tactical teaching,only teaching students simple leg and boxing,students'interest in learning is low,and their learning enthusiasm is not high.Students study in order to cope with the exam and get sports credits.In order to better activate the teaching atmosphere of physical education and arouse students'interest in learning,it is necessary to introduce sports games into teaching.The content of sports games is diverse and various.Combining the teaching and training of fighting events with sports games can better improve the quality of teaching.This paper mainly analyzes the application of sports games in the teaching of fighting events in colleges and universities,hoping to provide some reference for the relevant research and promote the further improvement of the teaching quality of fighting events in colleges and universities.
