达格列净治疗合并蛋白尿的2型糖尿病效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Dapagliflozin in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes with Proteinuria

目的探讨达格列净治疗合并蛋白尿的2型糖尿病效果。方法选取2018年1月—2020年12月80例合并蛋白尿的2型糖尿病患者,数字随机抽取分成观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40),对照组采用厄贝沙坦治疗,观察组加入达格列净治疗,比较两组患者血糖控制、CysC、Hcy及蛋白尿指标、症状消失时间、血压改善时间、住院时间。结果观察组治疗后FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后CysC、Hcy低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后24 hUAER、24 h尿蛋白定量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组症状消失时间、血压改善时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论达格列净治疗合并蛋白尿的2型糖尿病具有明显效果,可降低血糖,改善肾功能,减少蛋白尿,促进患者康复,应用价值高。

Objective To investigate the effect of dapagliflozin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with proteinuria.Methods From January 2018 to December 2020,80 patients with type 2 diabetes with proteinuria were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40).The control group was treated with irbesartan,the observation group was treated with dapagliflozin,and the blood glucose control,CysC,Hcy and proteinuria indicators,symptom disappearance time,blood pressure improvement time,and hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results FPG,2 hPG and HbA1c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);CysC and Hcy in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The 24 h UAER and 24 h urine protein quantitative after treatment in the group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the symptom disappearance time,blood pressure improvement time,and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dapagliflozin has a significant effect in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with proteinuria.It can lower blood glucose,improve renal function,reduce proteinuria,and promote patient recovery.It has high application value.
