摘要
目的研究双歧杆菌乳酸菌三联活菌辅助性治疗对1型糖尿病患儿残存β细胞功能及T淋巴细胞的影响。方法选取2018年4月—2021年3月该院收治的70例1型糖尿病患儿,按照随机数表法将其分为治疗组(常规治疗^(+)双歧杆菌乳酸菌三联活菌治疗)和对照组(常规治疗),各35例。比较两组治疗患儿空腹血清C肽浓度、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素剂量及T淋巴细胞水平。结果在治疗后,治疗组空腹血清C肽浓度明显高于对照组,而糖化血红蛋白水平及胰岛素用量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组CD4^(+)水平及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比值低于对照组,CD8^(+)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌辅助性治疗1型糖尿病有助于降低糖化血红蛋白及胰岛素使用剂量,增加血清C肽含量,同时降低CD4^(+)水平,提升CD8^(+)水平。
Objective To study the effect of adjuvant treatment of Bifidobacterium lactic acid bacteria triple live bacteria on the function of residualβcells and T lymphocytes in children with type 1 diabetes.Methods Seventy children with type 1 diabetes who were admitted to the hospital from April 2018 to March 2021 were divided into treatment group(conventional treatment^(+)bifidobacterium lactic acid bacteria triple live bacteria treatment)and control group(conventional treatment)according to the random number table method,35 cases in each group.The fasting serum C-peptide concentration,glycosylated hemoglobin,insulin dose and T lymphocyte levels of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the fasting serum C-peptide concentration of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,while the glycosylated hemoglobin level and insulin dosage were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The CD4^(+)level and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)ratio of the treatment group were lower than the control group,and the CD8^(+)level was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The adjuvant treatment of type 1 diabetes with the triple live Bifidobacterium Lactobacillus can help reduce the dosage of glycosylated hemoglobin and insulin,increase the serum C-peptide content,reduce the level of CD4^(+),and increase the level of CD8^(+).
