阿托伐他汀联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床研究

Clinical Study of Atorvastatin Combined with Alprostadil in the Treatment of Diabetic Retinopathy

目的研究阿托伐他汀联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法选取该院2019年11月—2020年9月收治的84例糖尿病视网膜病变患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者注射前列地尔,观察组在此基础上口服阿托伐他汀片,对比观察两组患者临床治疗效果。结果观察组有效率为92.86%,治疗后血脂水平(TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C)指标,分别为(5.35±0.55)、(1.78±0.38)、(1.87±0.39)、(1.64±0.27)mmol/L,对照组有效率为71.43%;治疗后血脂水平(TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C)指标,分别为(5.84±0.79)、(2.08±0.37)、(1.74±0.28)、(1.86±0.53)mmol/L。两组患者数据对比,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.574,t=6.261、5.289、6.135、5.203,P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病视网膜病变,临床疗效显著,改善了患者血脂水平,保护患者视力,加速患者康复。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of atorvastatin combined with alprostadil in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy.Methods 84 patients with diabetic retinopathy admitted to the hospital from November 2019 to September 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The patients in the control group were injected with alprostadil,and the observation group was taken orally with atorvastatin tablets on this basis.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared and observed.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 92.86%,the blood lipid levels(TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C)indexes of the observation group after treatment were(5.35±0.55)mmol/L,(1.78±0.38)mmol/L,(1.87±0.39)mmol/L,(1.64±0.27)mmol/L,the effective rate of the control group was 71.43%,the blood lipid levels(TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C)indexes of the control group patients after treatment were(5.84±0.79)mmol/L,(2.08±0.37)mmol/L,(1.74±0.28)mmol/L,(1.86±0.53)mmol/L.Compared the data of the two groups of patients,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.574,t=6.261,5.289,6.135,5.203,P<0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with alprostadil in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy has a significant clinical effect,which improves the patient's blood lipid level,protects the patient's vision,and accelerates the patient's recovery.
