协同护理服务理念在2型糖尿病护理中的应用效果

The Application Effect of Cooperative Nursing Service Concept in the Nursing of Type 2 Diabetes

目的研究协同护理服务理念在2型糖尿病护理中的应用效果。方法选入2019年4月—2020年4月该院接收的98例2型糖尿病患者,现以随机方式进行分组,参照组(n=49)行常规护理,研究组(n=49)采用护理中引入协同护理服务理念,对比护理结果。结果护理后,研究组的FPG(6.24±0.39)mmol/L、2 hPG(8.05±1.31)mmol/L以及HbA1c(7.24±0.68)%水平相较于参照组均明显更低,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=10.381、3.255、5.494,P<0.05)。且研究组患者护理后的自我管理能力(74.42±4.21)分、生活质量评分(78.39±6.51)分均高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=11.934、9.975,P<0.05)。研究组治疗依从性97.95%明显高于参照组均明显更高81.63%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.127,P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者护理工作中引入协同护理服务理念效果理想,对患者的血糖控制与生活质量提升有积极作用,值得推广。

Objective To study the application effect of collaborative nursing service concept in the care of type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 98 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were randomly divided into two groups:the reference group(n=49)received routine care,and the research group(n=49)adopted the concept of collaborative care service introduced in nursing,and compared the nursing results.Results After nursing,the FPG(6.24±0.39)mmol/L,2 hPG(8.05±1.31)mmol/L,and HbA1c(7.24±0.68)%levels of the study group were significantly lower than those of the reference group.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups(t=10.381,3.255,5.494,P<0.05).Moreover,the self-management ability(74.42±4.21)points and the quality of life score(78.39±6.51)points of the patients in the study group after nursing were higher than those of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=11.934,9.975,P<0.05).The treatment compliance of the study group was 97.95%significantly higher than that of the reference group,81.63%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.127,P<0.05).Conclusion The introduction of the concept of collaborative nursing service in the nursing work of patients with type 2 diabetes has an ideal effect.It has a positive effect on the blood sugar control and the improvement of the quality of life of patients,and is worthy of promotion.
