参芪地黄汤联合缬沙坦治疗早期气阴两虚型糖尿病肾病的效果

Effect of Shenqi Dihuang Decoction Combined with Valsartan on Early Diabetic Nephropathy with Deficiency of Qi and Yin

目的参芪地黄汤联合缬沙坦治疗早期气阴两虚型糖尿病肾病的效果。方法选取2020年2月—2021年2月该院收治的80例早期气阴两虚型糖尿病肾病患者,以随机数法进行分组,每组40例,对照组使用缬沙坦治疗,观察组接受参芪地黄汤联合缬沙坦治疗。对比两组患者中医证候评分、治疗有效率、血糖水平、肾功能、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前后两组中医证候评分对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后观察组患者中医证候评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组内患者的空腹血糖指标、餐后2 h血糖指标、血清肌酐及尿素氮水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论参芪地黄汤联合缬沙坦用于早期气阴两虚型糖尿病肾病患者的治疗,能够有效降低患者的中医证候评分,有助于稳定患者的血糖指标,改善患者的肾脏功能,且无严重药物不良反应,作用效果显著,值得推荐。

Objective The effect of Shenqi Dihuang Decoction combined with valsartan in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy with deficiency of both qi and yin.Methods From February 2020 to February 2021,80 patients with early diabetic nephropathy with deficiency of both qi and yin were selected and divided into groups by random number method.Each group was 40 cases.The control group was treated with valsartan,and the observation group received participants.Qi Dihuang Decoction combined with valsartan treatment.The scores of TCM syndromes,effective rate of treatment,blood sugar levels,renal function,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The comparison of TCM syndrome scores between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05).After treatment,the fasting blood glucose index,2 h postprandial blood glucose index,serum creatinine and urea nitrogen levels of the patients in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Shenqi Dihuang Decoction combined with valsartan for the treatment of patients with early diabetic nephropathy with deficiency of both qi and yin can effectively reduce the patient’s TCM syndrome score,help stabilize the patient’s blood glucose index,and improve the patient’s renal function,without severe adverse drug reaction,the effect is remarkable,it is worth recommending.
