阿托伐他汀对早期糖尿病肾病临床治疗的效果及SDS评分分析

The Effect of Atorvastatin on Clinical Treatment of Early Diabetic Nephropathy and SDS Score Analysis

目的分析阿托伐他汀对早期糖尿病肾病临床治疗的效果及SDS评分的影响。方法选取2020年3月—2021年2月收治的100例早期糖尿病肾病患者为研究对象,按照患者治疗方式不同,将其中50例实施阿托伐他汀治疗的患者作为观察组,其余50例实施常规治疗的患者作为对照组,观察两组患者临床治疗有效性、血糖水平、血压水平、抑郁指数以及生活质量评分。结果观察组患者以98.00%的治疗总有效率高于对照组(86.00%)的治疗总有效率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者在治疗后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、收缩压、舒张压、抑郁指数以及躯体功能、社会功能和心理功能上都要与对照组有明显区别,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期糖尿病肾病治疗过程中,为患者实施阿托伐他汀治疗的效果是比较显著的,能够有效改善患者治疗效果,对患者自身治疗质量控制有一定帮助。

Objective To analyze the effect of atorvastatin on the clinical treatment of early diabetic nephropathy and the influence of SDS score.Methods 100 patients with early diabetic nephropathy admitted from March 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the different treatment methods of the patients,50 of them were treated with atorvastatin as the observation group,and the remaining 50 were implemented with conventional treatment were used as the control group to observe the clinical treatment effectiveness,blood glucose level,blood pressure level,depression index and quality of life score of the two groups of patients.Results The difference was statistically significant difference in treatment effectiveness between the two groups(P<0.05).Among them,the total effective rate of 98.00%in the observation group was higher than the total effective rate of 86.00%in the control group.Fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,depression index,physical function,social function,and psychological function were significantly different from those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy,the effect of atorvastatin treatment for patients is relatively significant,which can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients and help patients to control the quality of their own treatment.
