含硅石脑油对乙烯生产系统影响的研究

The research on the effect of silicon-containing naphtha for eethylene production

某公司乙烯裂解炉频繁积垢,2个月内停车处理20多次。研究发现石脑油中的硅沉积是乙烯裂解炉堵塞的主要原因。外购石脑油中普遍含硅且含量较高,最高达29.89mg/kg,为此限定外购石脑油硅含量≤3mg/kg,其后乙烯裂解炉再未出现硅沉积引发的堵塞现象。

A company ethylene cracking furnace frequent scale,two months stop processing more than 20 times.It was found that the silicon in naphtha was the main cause of the blockage of ethylene cracker.The silicon content in the purchased naphtha is generally high and fluctuates greatly,up to 29.89mg/kg.For this reason,the silicon content of naphtha is limited to less than 3mg/kg.Since then,there has been no blockage caused by silicon deposition in ethylene cracking furnace of the company.
