摘要
对热管的结构及原理进行了论述。通过调查研究,认为影响加热炉炉效有六大原因,有2个问题可以通过热管技术予以解决。一是在火管上安装一定数量的热管,加速热量的传递,二是在烟囱安装热管换热装置,利用烟气余热预热空气,将预热后的空气与天然气混合,有效提高燃烧器进气温度,改善加热炉燃烧效果。该改造方案在现场应用,取得较好效果,可以作为今后加热炉提效改造的借鉴。
This work discusses the structure and principle of the heat pipe.Here we think that there are six problems influencing the heating furnace efficiency,and two of them can be solved by the heat pipe technology.The first way is to install a certain number of heat pipes on the fire pipe to accelerate the heat transfer.The other way is to install Heat-Pipe Heat Exchanger in the chimney to preheat the air with flue gas waste heat.Then,the preheated air is mixed with natural gas to increase the inlet temperature of the burner effectively and improve the combustion effect of the heating furnace.As the scheme has achieved good results in practical application,it can be regarded as a reference for the improvement of heating furnace in the future.
