摘要
海洋钻井面临较高的风险和挑战,深水井控是深水钻井的重大挑战,为应对深水钻井井控风险,提高深水井三级井控应急处理能力,在充分借鉴国内外救援井设计技术的基础上,针对南海深水井作业情况,对南海深水救援井设计技术进行了整理和分析,包括救援井井位选择、连通设计、定向井设计、井身结构设计、钻井液及固井设计、压井设计等,研究结果可为南海深水救援井设计提供参考。
Offshore drilling faces high risks and challenges.Deep-water well control is a major challenge for deep-water drilling.In order to cope with the risks of deep-water drilling well control,we will improve the emergency handling capabilities of three-level well control in deep-water wells.On the basis of drawing lessons from domestic and foreign rescue well design technologies,the South China Sea deep water rescue well design technology has been sorted out and analyzed according to the South China Sea deep water well operation,including rescue well location selection,connection design,directional well design,and well structure Design,drilling fluid and cementing design,kill design,etc.The research results can provide references for the design of deepwater rescue wells in the South China Sea.
