摘要
在石油化工行业中,锅炉用水中的正磷酸盐具有重要的作用,传统的国标检测法不仅耗时、耗力而且误差较大,不适用快速分析。全自动水质分析仪在不偏离国标法测定正磷酸盐的原理下,具有分析速度快、试剂用量少、全程自动化操作、偶然误差小等特点。该方法与国标法的吻合度较好,多个样品可同时进测定,适用于批量分析,其检测限为0.03 mg/L,准确度和精密度均较好。
Orthophosphate in and boiler water plays an important role in the petrochemical industry.The traditional national standard detection method is not only time-consuming and labor-consuming but also has large errors.So it is not suitable for rapid analysis.The automatic water quality analyzer has the advantages of fast analysis speed,less reagent consumption,full automatic operation and small accidental error without deviating from the principle of national standard method for determination of orthophosphate.In addition,the method is better consistent with the national standard method.Multiple samples can be measured at the same time.The method is suitable for batch analysis.The detection limit is 0.03 mg/L.Moreover,the accuracy and precision of this method are better.
