摘要
油罐保养中缺陷检测是一个重要环节。传统施工方法是在完成油罐清洗后,依靠人工目视检查方法确定油罐底板缺陷位置,难以发现微小损伤和罐底板下表面隐藏损伤。某单位科研课题研究组了分析国内外无损检测方法的原理和特征,选取漏磁检测技术检测油罐底板各类损伤,有效提高隐患排查效率。
Defect detection is an important link in oil tank maintenance.In traditional construction,it is difficult to find minor damage and hidden damage on the lower surface of the tank bottom plate by relying on manual visual inspection method to determine the defect position of the tank bottom plate after the tank cleaning.A scientific group analyzes the principles and characteristics of nondestructive testing methods at home and abroad,and the magnetic flux leakage(MFL)testing technology is selected to detect all kinds of damage of oil tank bottom plate,so as to effectively improve the troubleshooting efficiency of hidden dangers.
