县乡村卫生人才能力提升的培训强调能力的综合及实用,可加强医院基层卫生人员实训基地建设的力度,规范基地管理,强化基层卫生人员对常见病、多发病的理论与实践能力的提升,同时也可提高全体人民群众的获得感和基层医疗卫生服务的不断提升。徐州市贾汪区人民医院作为贾汪区唯一一家三级综合医院,是全区医疗、教学、科研的中心,贾汪区基层卫生人员实训基地为该地区的科研、教学以及县乡村基层卫生人才能力的提升奠定了基础。

The training for improving the capacity of county and rural health personnel emphasizes the integration and practicality of abilities,which can strengthen the construction of basic-level health personnel training bases in hospitals,standardize base management,and strengthen the theoretical and practical capabilities of basic-level health personnel on common and frequently-occurring diseases,at the same time,it can also improve the sense of acquisition of the whole people and the continuous improvement of primary medical and health services.The Jiawang District People’s Hospital of Xuzhou City,as the only tertiary general hospital in Jiawang District,is the center of medical treatment,teaching,and scientific research in the whole district.The basic-level health personnel training base in Jiawang District has laid the foundation for the area's scientific research,teaching,and the improvement of the capacity of county and rural grass-roots health personnel.
