品管圈活动在缩短药物浓度监测报告送达时间中的应用

目的探讨品管圈对缩短药物浓度监测报告送达时间的应用效果。方法2020年3—7月在该院药学研究室开展品管圈活动,将品管圈应用于缩短药物浓度监测报告送达时间上,通过计划拟定、目标设定与解析、对策制定与实施、确认等展开活动。选取该院2020年3月241例、4月297例为改善前数据,2020年5月255例、6月268例为改善中的数据,2020年7月329例为改善后的数据,收集改善前、改善中、改善后的数据并进行比较。结果药物浓度监测报告送达时间显著缩短,改善幅度约为31%,效率显著提高;此外,圈成员的品管手法、解决问题能力、责任心等各个方面都有不同程度的提升,其中以品管手法提升最高。结论品管圈在缩短药物浓度监测报告送达时间中效果显著,可以有效地提高患者满意度,降低不良反应的发生,提供更好的个体化用药服务,同时可以有效提高员工的实验操作能力,质控管理能力,值得推广应用。

Objective To discuss the application effect of the quality control circle shorten the delivery time of drug concentration monitoring reports through.Methods From March to July 2020,carry out quality control circle activities in the Pharmaceutical Research Laboratory of the hospital,and apply the quality control circle to shorten the delivery time of drug concentration monitoring reports,The quality control circle is used to shorten the delivery time of drug concentration monitoring reports,and activities are carried out through plan formulation,target setting and analysis,countermeasure formulation and implementation,and confirmation.Select 241 cases in March 2020 and 297 cases in April in the hospital as data before improvement,255 cases in May 2020 and 268 cases in June as data under improvement,and 329 cases in July 2020 as data after improvement.Collect and compare data before,during and after improvement.Results The delivery time of the drug concentration monitoring report was significantly shortened,the improvement rate was about 31%,and the efficiency was significantly improved;in addition,the quality control methods,problem-solving capabilities,and sense of responsibility of the circle members were improved to varying degrees.The highest improvement in quality control techniques.Conclusion The quality control circle has a significant effect in shortening the delivery time of the drug concentration monitoring report,which can effectively improve patient satisfaction,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,provide better individualized medication services,and effectively improve the experimental operation capabilities of employees,quality control management capabilities,worthy of promotion and application.
