The Status Quo,Problems and Countermeasures of Clinical Application Management of Medical Technology in a Tertiary General Hospital

随着社会的需求与时代的发展,临床医疗技术也不断更新。医疗技术的发展情况体现了医院的核心竞争力,其临床应用的质量控制与效果评估可进一步说明技术的经济实用性与安全性能否符合患者、医院和社会的需求。本文从组织、分类、准入、应用及质控管理5个方面介绍了某三甲综合医院医疗技术临床应用的管理现状,分析了现阶段医疗技术临床应用方面遇到的问题,并针对这些问题提出了相应的解决措施,以期为后期临床应用提供可靠的参考依据。

With the needs of society and the development of the times,clinical medical technology is constantly updated.The development of medical technology reflects the core competitiveness of the hospital.The quality control and effect evaluation of its clinical application can further illustrate whether the economic,practical and safety of the technology can meet the needs of patients,hospitals and society.This article introduces the management status of clinical application of medical technology in a tertiary general hospital from five aspects of organization,classification,access,application and quality control management,analyzes the problems encountered in the clinical application of medical technology at this stage,and puts forward corresponding solutions for these problems in order to provide a reliable reference basis for later clinical application.
