危急值在信息化管理中的临床应用

The Clinical Application of Critical Value in Information Management

目的探讨危急值在信息化管理中的临床应用效果。方法选取2019年8月—2020年8月该院收治的心胸外科患者180例作为研究对象,根据管理方法将其分为两组,对照组行常规信息化管理,研究组行危急值管理。比较两组管理效果、通知及时率。结果研究组管理效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组通知及时率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论信息化管理中,危急值的使用效果较好,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the clinical application effect of critical value in information management.Methods 180 cases of cardiothoracic surgery patients admitted to the hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups according to the management method,the control group received routine information management,and the study group received critical value management.Compared the management effects and notification timeliness of the two groups.Results The management effect of the study group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the notification time rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In information management,the critical value has a better effect and is worthy of clinical application.
