递进式教学模式在口腔正畸实践教学中的应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的讨论递进式教学模式在口腔正畸学实践教学中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2019年3月—2020年9月该院正畸科在职护理人员教学情况,并作为该次研究对象,共计纳入12名,以时间段分组法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组6名。其中前者为对照组,采取传统带教方式;后者为研究组,采取递进式教学模式,对两组人员的基础理论知识、实践技能和临床护理能力进行对比和分析。结果研究组护士的基础理论知识为(98.9±6.5)分,对照组为(92.1±3.4)分,比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.270,P=0.046);研究组实践技能评分为(96.6±6.2)分,对照组为(85.3±8.7)分,比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.590,P=0.026);研究组临床护理能力评分为(96.3±13.5)分,对照组为(80.7±3.5)分,比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.739,P=0.020)。结论递进式教学模式在口腔正畸学实践教学中不仅提升了护理人员的理论基础知识成绩,同时也提升了护理人员的临床综合能力,整体提升了教学效果。 Objective To discuss the application value of progressive teaching mode in the practice teaching of orthodontics.Methods A retrospective analysis of the teaching situation of on-the-job nursing staff in the orthodontics department of the hospital from March 2019 to September 2020,and at the same time as the object of this study,a total of 12 people were enrolled.The time period grouping method was used to divide them into a group and a control group,with 6 people in each group.The former was the control group and adopted traditional teaching methods;the latter was the study group,and adopted a progressive teaching mode.The personnel’s basic theoretical knowledge and clinical comprehensive ability are compared and analyzed.Results The basic theoretical knowledge of the study group nurses was(98.9±6.5)points,and the control group was(92.1±3.4)points.Compared the difference was statistically significant(t=2.270,P=0.046);the study group’s practical skills score was(96.6±6.2)points,the control group was(85.3±8.7)points,compared the difference was statistically significant(t=2.590,P=0.026);the clinical nursing ability score of the study group was(96.3±13.5)points,and the control group was(80.7±3.5)points,compared the difference was statistically significant(t=2.739,P=0.020).Conclusion In the practice teaching of orthodontics,the progressive teaching model not only improves the nursing staff's theoretical basic knowledge performance,but also improves the nursing staff's clinical comprehensive ability,and improves the teaching effect as a whole.
