案例教学法在肿瘤外科护理带教中应用效果

摘要 目的研究分析案例教学法在肿瘤外科护理带教中应用效果。方法选定该院肿瘤外科2019年2月—2020年2月实习护生60名为课题研究对象,采取盲选法,均分实习护生为两个组别,参照组实施常规临床护理带教,研究组在常规护理带教基础上开展案例教学法,带教教学实施后,比较两组实习护生考核成绩、学习状态及护理专业能力等,分析教学实施效果。结果研究组实习护生考核成绩均高于参照组实习护生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),学习状态比较,研究组实习生各项评估所得分值均高于及参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),护理专业能力比较,研究组实习护生经带教后较带教前显著提高,各项数据比较均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肿瘤外科护理带教中采用案例教学方式进行临床带教,能够显著提高实习护生理论知识掌握水平及临床护理实践能力,提高其自身护理专业水平,可见良好教学效果,临床教学应用价值较高。 Objective To study and analyze the application effect of case teaching method in tumor surgical nursing teaching.Methods A total of 60 intern nurses from February 2019 to February 2020 in the hospital were selected as subject research subjects.A blind selection method was adopted,and the interns were equally divided into two groups.The reference group implemented routine clinical nursing instruction,the research group carried out case teaching method on the basis of conventional nursing teaching.After the teaching was implemented,the two groups of intern nursing students'assessment scores,learning status and nursing professional ability were compared,and the effect of teaching implementation was analyzed.Results The evaluation scores of the interns in the research group were higher than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the study status,the scores of the interns in the research group were higher than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the professional ability of nursing,the intern nursing students in the research group improved significantly after being taught compared with those before,and all the data were higher than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of case-based teaching methods for clinical teaching in tumor surgical nursing teaching can significantly improve the mastery of theoretical knowledge and clinical nursing practice ability of interns,and improve their own nursing professional level.It can be seen that the teaching effect is good,and the clinical teaching application value is relatively higher.
