摘要
目的评价层级培训方式使用在消化内科新护士对应护理带教管理工作中的管理意义。方法选择2019年2—11月该院消化内科50名新护士设为参照组,该组在护理带教管理工作中采取常规培训方式,选择2020年2—11月该院消化内科50名新护士研究组,该组在护理带教管理工作中采取层级培训方式,记录两组消化内科理论护理知识得分、消化内科护理操作技术得分、基础护理服务质量评分、专业护理服务质量评分、沟通交流能力评分、法律法规知识评分、护理服务工作质量合格率、对于护理带教管理情况满意率。结果研究组消化内科理论护理知识得分、消化内科护理操作技术得分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组基础护理服务质量评分、专业护理服务质量评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组沟通交流能力具体评分、法律法规知识评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理服务工作质量合格率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组对于护理带教管理情况满意度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在消化内科新护士对应护理带教管理工作中选取层级培训方式呈现较优管理功效,有助于提升新护士对于消化内科理论护理知识的了解程度,提高新护士对于消化内科护理操作技术的掌握情况,改善新护士基础护理服务质量以及专业护理服务质量,提高新护士对于沟通交流能力及法律法规知识的了解情况,提升新护士护理服务工作质量合格状况,提高新护士对于护理带教管理情况满意度。
Objective To evaluate the management significance of the use of hierarchical training methods in the management of nursing teaching for new nurses in the department of gastroenterology.Methods Selected 50 new nurses in the gastroenterology department of the hospital from February to November 2019 as the reference group.This group adopted a routine training method in the management of nursing teaching and teaching.From February to November 2020,50 new nurses in the department of gastroenterology of the hospital were selected as the study group.This group adopted a hierarchical training method in the management of nursing teaching.Recorded two groups of digestive internal medicine theoretical nursing knowledge scores,digestive internal medicine nursing operation technical scores,basic nursing service quality scores,professional nursing service quality scores,communication skills scores,laws and regulations knowledge scores,nursing service quality qualification rate,and nursing care Satisfaction with teaching management.Results The scores of theoretical nursing knowledge and technical aspects of gastroenterology in the study group were higher than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of basic nursing service quality and professional nursing service quality were high than those in the research group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the study group's scores of communication ability and knowledge of laws and regulations were higher than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the study group's qualified rate of nursing service quality was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the study group's satisfaction with nursing teaching management was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The selection of hierarchical training methods for new nurses in the department of gastroenterology corresponding to the management of nursing teaching and education shows better management effects,which is helpful to improve the understanding of the new nurses on the theoretical nursing knowledge of the department of gastroenterology,and improve the mastery of the new nurses on the nursing operation technology of the department of gastroenterology,improve the quality of basic nursing services and professional nursing services for new nurses,improve the understanding of communication skills and knowledge of laws and regulations by new nurses,improve the quality of nursing service quality of new nurses,and improve new nurses’satisfaction with the management of nursing education.
