摘要
目的研究以问题为基础教学模式应用于心内科临床带教教学中的意义。方法选择实习时期为2019年12月—2020年12月的心内科临床医学专业学员100名,随机数字表方法将学员平均分成常规组50名学员、研究组50名学员;给予常规组学员实行常规带教模式教学,研究组学员给予以问题为基础教学模式教学,比较两组学员的带教成绩、带教质量及带教成效。结果研究组学员带教后,其带教成绩有显著升高,即知识理论(48.26±4.23)分、临床操作(47.63±4.12)分、总成绩(95.57±2.64)分,均比常规组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组学员带教后,对带教模式的质量调查评价较优,即学习兴趣(91.54±2.01)分、教学水平(92.59±2.08)分、操作技术(96.68±1.03)分、综合素养(95.36±5.21)分,均比常规组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组学员带教后,统计其带教总成效为94.00%,常规组带教总成效为70.00%,研究组较高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组学员带教满意度为98.00%,常规组学员带教满意度为72.00%,研究组高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心内科的临床带教教学中,应用以问题为基础教学模式,可以提升学员临床专业能力,进而有助于增强心内科整体临床医疗水平,是应用价值偏高的带教模式。
Objective To study the significance of the problem-based teaching model used in clinical teaching of cardiology.Methods 100 students of cardiology clinical medicine who were internship period from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected.The random number table method divided the students into 50 students in the regular group and 50 students in the research group;given to the regular group students the regular teaching mode,and the students in the research group were given problem-based teaching mode to compare the teaching results,teaching quality and teaching effectiveness of the two groups of students.Results After the students in the study group were taught,their teaching scores increased significantly,that was,knowledge theory(48.26±4.23)points,clinical operations(47.63±4.12)points,and total scores(95.57±2.64)points,all of which were better than the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after the students in the study group led the teaching,the quality of the teaching mode was relatively good,that was,learning interest(91.54±2.01)points and teaching level(92.59±2.08)points,operational skills(96.68±1.03)points,and comprehensive literacy(95.36±5.21)points,all higher than the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after the students in the study group taught,count their teaching total effect was 94.00%,the total effect of teaching in the conventional group was 70.00%,the study group was higher than the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction of the students in the study group was 98.00%,the conventional group trainees’satisfaction with teaching was 72.00%,and the study group was higher than the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical teaching of cardiology,the application of problem-based teaching mode can improve the clinical professional ability of trainees,thereby helping to enhance the overall clinical medical level of cardiology.It is a teaching mode with high application value.
